GALNT20 |
Last Update:2015-10-27 |
This isozyme lacks the lectin domain in C-terminal part, although the catalytic domain in N-terminal part maintains the homology among the pp-GalNAc-T family. This isozyme is extremely unstable and insoluble, and therefore it is probably not a ppGalNAcT. Heterozygote of a deficient mutant mouse exhibits a phenotype of male infertility due to immotile sperm.
