How to use LfDB
1: Type keyword or choose categories among Lectin family, Monosaccharide Specificity, or 3D-fold. Click Show All to view the full lectin list.
2: Click the lectin name to go to the Lectin Information Page, or the Interaction Data to go to the Interaction Page. Click the GlycanList to download the glycan list used in the analysis.
3: In the Lectin Information Page, click Viewer to move onto the Interaction Page.
